• Payment: You agree to pay the full amount specified for your booking, including applicable taxes, fees, and charges. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our Services. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your booking.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific tour, travel service, and supplier. Please review the applicable terms and conditions provided at the time of booking. ViatourVista may charge processing fees for cancellations or changes, as outlined in the specific booking terms.
• Third-Party Suppliers: We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by these suppliers, which may include their cancellation policies, baggage restrictions, and other regulations.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of ViatourVista or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6. User-Generated Content:

If you submit any content to our Services, such as reviews, comments, or photos (“User Content”), you grant ViatourVista a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion.

OUR SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR SERVICES.   

8. Limitation of Liability:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIATOURVISTA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, OUR SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00) IF NO SUCH PAYMENT WAS MADE.   

9. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViatourVista and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of our Services, your User Content, or your violation of any rights of a third party.   

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
